Event Description:

We will need to use the ballroom and the area outside of the ballroom for our expo hour. We will have 6 breakout sessions that will either need to be in classrooms, a lab, or the atrium of the classroom building. If we could reserve the same rooms we had last year that would be great, however, we will not use the computer lab and will switch that with a regular classroom. As far as the headcount goes – we expect around 200 total guests (around 150 of those being students).
