Event Description:

** 2 tables for cupcakes on 10/26** **3 tables in campus hall on 10/28 at 3pm** **4 tables in campus hall on 10/29 at 6pm** **4 tables in campus hall on 10/30 and 10/31 at 5pm** 10/26: Jax's Birthday will be an outdoor event with inflateables and carnival style games. We will need the stage for live music band and a microphone for our birthday announcements for Jax, the mascot. We would need campus hall as a rain location. 10/28: This homecoming event will invite students to participate in a few inflatables (still to be determined), catering (might be eci catered or food trucks), and a DJ. Student organizations and community organizations will be able to table at this event. 10/29: A silent party is a headphone disco. Each participant receives a pair of headphones with a few channels that they can switch between. A few DJs will be assigned a station. Campus Hall would be completely clear. 10/30: A vendor will come and host a dinner with a show event. It is called a murder mystery but this is a show with actors. No one gets hurt. Everyone eats and participates in the activity to solve the crime or puzzle. 10/31: Boo Bash is an annual Halloween style event. This will be set up as an escape room. (set up to come soon) 11/1: This event is a concert/stepshow that will feature our greek organizations and possibly a musical act. We would need theater style seating with a stage in campus hall as a rain location.
