Event Description:
We will have a small gathering of people for approximately 45 minutes indoors to listen to a speaker talk about the importance of Arbor Day and then we will move outside to plant a tree.
I'd like to gathering to be Dal 1 Lobby, but I don't see that as an option.
We will need a podium, UNT Dallas backdrop, one mic and a table for snacks.
