President Town Hall

Event Description:

Hello all. On Friday, December 6th, we will be hosting our Town Hall meeting as well as our Holiday Lunch/First Friday Fun event immediately following. Following is the schedule: 9:30 am to 11 am Town Hall Meeting 11 am – 2 pm Holiday Lunch/First Friday Fun • Campus Hall: 25 round tables of 10 with red and green tablecloths alternating across the room (our office can pay for the rental of these if we don’t have any in stock) • Campus Hall: 2 black skirted tables inside the back of the room for catering • Campus Hall: 2 black skirted tables inside the front of the room for IT • Campus Hall: Podium (no stage) • Campus Hall Atrium: 2 black skirted tables near the window (across the doors of campus hall)
