Event Description:

This event is a meeting - people will sit theatre style, and there will be someone conducting the meeting according to an agenda at the podium. There will be some dialogue then the meeting will be dismissed. Layout for 01/11- Campus Hall (all 6 foot tables) OUTSIDE- 6 check-in tables (in groups of 2s); fully dressed INSIDE- 2 tables fully dressed in back on left side of the room (near the Welcome Center) 4 tables fully dressed in front for panel (fully dressed); 3 chairs per table Podium (placed in the middle of tables upfront – 3 tables on either side of the podium) Audience seating for 150 Rows of 10 chairs on each side
