MSPL & SERCH Capstone Presentations (Layout Confirmed)

Event Description:

Delivery of Research Presentations by Graduate Students. Will need room for two presentations to occur simultaneously. Will also include reception with food and beverages. Layout for 12/12-On the side that has a clock on the wall leave a passage in the middle open but on each side have 4 rows, in total should be 32 chairs, in front of the chairs should be 1 long table, same goes for the opposite side (the wall with no clock). In the middle of the room, there will be 6 round tables with tablecloths on each and 8 chairs on each table. Finally, one microphone at the front of the room.
